Perfect Pet Rescue began with a heartfelt mission: to save abandoned and at-risk dogs by providing shelter, care, and adoption services. For many years, we helped hundreds of dogs find loving forever homes, building a compassionate community of animal advocates across Beverly Hills and the greater Los Angeles area.
As the needs of the pet community evolved, so did we. Today, Perfect Pet Rescue is dedicated to a new and deeply impactful purpose — funding life-saving surgeries for dogs whose families are unable to afford critical medical care. Too often, pet owners face heartbreaking decisions when their beloved companions require expensive surgical procedures.
We exist so that financial hardship is never the reason a family loses their dog.
Our Veterinary Surgery Funding program and Veterinary Partnership Program work directly with veterinarians and families to bridge that gap — keeping dogs home where they belong.

Perfect Pet Rescue is established in Beverly Hills, California as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal welfare organization (EIN 95-4541649). The founding mission: rescue abandoned and at-risk dogs, provide shelter and care, and place them in loving forever homes across the Los Angeles area.

Recognizing a critical and underserved gap in animal welfare, Perfect Pet Rescue makes a deliberate strategic evolution: shifting focus from rehoming homeless dogs to funding life-saving veterinary surgeries for dogs already in loving homes. Through the Veterinary Surgery Funding program and Veterinary Partnership Program, Perfect Pet Rescue collaborates directly with veterinarians and families to fund critical surgical care. The dog is already home. We help them stay there.
